Inspection
In order to protect the safety of the public, the RBQ has put in place Bill 122, which requires a thorough facade inspection under the direction of an engineer who is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec for any building of 5 stories or more.
Our engineers will perform a façade inspection to ensure that the premises are free of any deficiencies that could pose a risk to the public. The façade inspection report provided by our engineers also includes a detailed description of the observations and recommendations for correcting defects that could potentially contribute to the development of hazardous conditions.
Inspection
Law 122
Every 5 years, any parking lot that contains at least one slab that does not rest on the ground must undergo a thorough inspection of the parking lot to verify the condition of the elements by an OIQ member engineer. Due to the Quebec climate, parking lots are exposed to periodic freeze/thaw cycles, salts and abrasives, which are the main causes of accelerated wear of indoor parking lot elements.
Our engineers will perform a parking deck inspection to ensure that the premises are free of any deficiencies that could pose a risk to the public. The parking lot inspection report provided by our engineers also includes a detailed description of the observations as well as recommendations for correcting defects that could potentially contribute to the development of hazardous conditions.
Our inspection application allows us to be competitive in inspection. The software controls all aspects surrounding the completion of an inspection mandate. From the on-site survey to the engineering product such as the certification letters and the inspection report. The solution we offer has the advantage of providing a detailed estimate for the execution of the work, as well as a complete follow-up and control documentation that allows the client to ensure a close follow-up of the work.
